Not the best news but the customer service was very good and my problem was handled with amazing sensitivity

I am not normally one who would take time to write about a service I have received, however on this occasion the service I received from Anthea at Specsavers in Saltcoats merits it. I was in the get replacement glasses as I lost my only set, at first I was quite frosty to Anthea as I was in some discomfort with pain however I apologised and what can I say I have never met such a well informed, pleasant and professional individual as Anthea I opted for two sets for one I was pleasantly surprised when Anthea advised that one pair would be ready within the hour and I could get the other set at the beginning of next week . I duly went back in an hour only to find that both sets were ready Well done Anthea your entire approach and friendly attitude has made a customer for life Regards Ian
