Staff are always friendly and compassionate with our two dogs! Our Brogue is nearly a 9 year Doberman. He has been through a war since he was 4. He's had a hip replacement, arthritis, spondylitis, thyroid problems, teeth falling out - you name it! But, the staff are very caring and have offered so much help! Can't thank them enough!
Excellent customer service. Staff are very professional, helpful, have a caring attitude towards customers and pets and made me feel welcome. Environmental warm, clean and well organised.
I arrived with my dog who was poorly and was welcomed into the surgery warmly and the receptionist addressed my dog by his name which was a nice touch. Immaculate waiting area and after waiting for 5 minutes I was taken. The vet then maybe struggled at first with my broad accent but then she thoroughly checked my dog and gave him a few jags and medication to take for 4days.I've to go back on Tuesday but hopefully my dog will be back to full health by then and alls good. His health seems to have improved already so fingers crossed.
Would highly recommend Oaks. Very friendly and experienced staff ,the new bigger building ,groomers and puppy club are also amazing. We Been using Oaks for years with the same great service time and time again.
Staff were professional, kind, patient and understanding. They gave diagnosis and treatment options, answered questions and provided information to help me make informed decisions. They provided a high level of care. The environment was clean, organised and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend as the service provided was excellent.
